Description

 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources Department with day-to-day HR operations. This role offers valuable workplace exposure and practical experience across key HR functions.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including shortlisting and interview coordination

 

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both electronic and manual filing systems)

 

 

  • Provide administrative support in employee relations matters, including meetings, hearings, and consultations

 

  • Assist with all HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and organisational events

 

  • Perform general HR administrative duties and provide support on ad hoc HR projects
Requirements
  • Completed NQF Level 6  qualification in Human Resources Management 

 

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

 

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

 

  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
