MEDICAL OFFICER: ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY – SESSIONAL

Requirements: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent and MBChB/MBBCh degree or equivalent medical qualification that permits registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner. Relevant Accident & Emergency/Emergency Medicine experience will be an added advantage. ACLS, ATLS and/or PALS training/certification will be an added advantage. Sound clinical judgement, communication, teamwork and ability to work effectively under pressure. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and after-hours sessions according to operational requirements.
