Eduvos is looking to employ a Maintenance Handyman on a permanent basis at any of our Pretoria campus.

To ensure that all planned and reactive maintenance takes place timeously.

| Minimum Requirements |
- Grade 12; Technical Certificate will be an advantage
- Technical certifications in maintenance or a related field
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

| Duties and Responsibilities |
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve maintenance issues before they escalate. Quality & quantity control of the assets on site.
- Install and repair fixtures and appliances, such as sinks, lights, fans, and doors.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols when using machinery and tools.
- Collaborate with contractors and other maintenance staff on larger repair projects.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed.
- Assist with landscaping and exterior maintenance as needed
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Act as designated driver based on campus requirements, including but not limited to after hours and weekends
