Job Description

On the Dot Supply Chain Management (Pty) Ltd, a division of Novus Holdings, seeks to appoint a diligent Finance and Admin Intern in the Finance Department. This position is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. This opportunity is ideal for a student who recently completed their studies towards a finance qualification and requires in service training/work exposure for a period of 12months.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

(The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)

  • Obtain and validate completeness and accuracy of reports used for the calculation of monthly payments to publishers.
  • Calculate payments to publishers.
  • Prepare and distribute remittance reports for review and payment.
  • Process relevant transactions in the ERP.
  • Prepare accounting reconciliations.
  • Compile information requested by the internal and external auditors and the management team of On the Dot Supply Chain Management (Pty) Ltd.
  • Perform selected controls regarding the publisher settlement process.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc requests.

 

Educational Requirements
  • Matric 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
Experience Requirements
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles.
