Job Advert Summary

The incumbent  will focus on providing accurate, consistent and high quality administrative support to the HR Representatives to enable them to provide an efficient and professional  service to the business unit at all times. The incumbent duties will involve full value chain use  our services and may not be limited to specific areas of HR

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate
  • HR Certificate/ HR National Diploma
  • 2-3 year’s experience in Administration preferably in an HR Environment
  • Computer Literacy
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass RW  K53 test

Added advantage

  • National Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or an equivalent NQF 6 Qualification
Primary Duties
  • Assist and support the HR Manager, HR Consultants and HR officers in their engagements with Randwater management and employees to deliver on initiatives.
  • Assist employees on all HRIS administration related queries.
  • Assist in providing information on employee benefits including medical aid and retirement benefits.
  • Ensure that all data is accurately captured on ESS (for engagement, staff movements and terminations) and staff queries related to the HRIS system timeously
  • Assist with capturing of leave on ESS system timelessly and ensure that integrity data is maintained.
  • Assist with capturing new employees qualification on Web Answer and ensure that integrity of data is maintained.
  • Prepare monthly or quarterly reports for management.
  • Provide support with their planning and onboarding of new employees.
  • Adherence to the provision of POPIA.
