  • Do you enjoy working with people and delivering great customer service.
  • Have strong numerical ability.
  • Can keep up in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
  • Are you available and flexible to work weekends.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

  • Take bets accurately, stay informed of the odds, rules and payouts throughout the day.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling queries and creating a friendly and welcoming experience.
  • Manage cash responsibly, including floats, payouts and balancing, while following company processes.
  • Maintain a neat, professional work area and report any equipment or system issues promptly.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to follow confirmation limits and support smooth branch operations.
  • Comply with company policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Adhoc duties.
