- Have strong numerical ability.

What You’ll Do For The Brand
- Take bets accurately, stay informed of the odds, rules and payouts throughout the day.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling queries and creating a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Manage cash responsibly, including floats, payouts and balancing, while following company processes.
- Maintain a neat, professional work area and report any equipment or system issues promptly.
- Work closely with Team Leaders to follow confirmation limits and support smooth branch operations.
- Comply with company policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Adhoc duties.
