Degree in Information Technology is advantageous

0–2 years experience in a data or reporting role (internship experience acceptable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good Excel skills (pivot tables, functions)
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)

Responsibilities

Customer Management (Internal)

Help manage customer by carrying out standard activities to complete the customer request.

Data Collection & Analysis

Grade 12 or equivalent with proficiency in English (Maths and Science preferred)
Completed all Operator Level 4 Competency modules as required by the training centre
One-year experience in chemical plant operations
Code 08 Drivers licence preferred

Qualifications and Experience

National Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.

2 – 3 years’ administrative experience in a sales environment. 

MS Office Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).

Excavating and loading of materials.
Connecting and disconnecting of pipes.
Construction of Spigot pipes stand.
Tailings wall construction.
