In this role you will be responsible for:
- Charge the required number of meters for blasting as prescribed by the team leader and or the miner
- Handle and control explosives as per the mine standards
- Assist with offloading explosives from underground vehicles into the explosive’s storage drum
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and security regulations
About you:
- Grade 10
- Competent A and B
- Medically fit for underground
- Good communication skills
- Previous Mining experience will be a distinct advantage
