ASSISTANT MANAGER SPECIALITY PN-B4 (MIDWIFERY AND NEONATAL NURSING SCIENCE)

Requirements: Basic R425 qualification (i.e. Diploma /Degree in Nursing) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse. A post basic nursing qualification (Midwifery & Neonatal Nursing Science) with a duration of at least one year, accredited with the SANC. A minimum of 10 years appropriate / recognisable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with the SANC in General Nursing. At least 6years of the period referred above must be appropriate / recognisable experience in Maternity section after obtaining the 1year post basic qualification. At least 3years of the period referred above must be appropriate/ recognisable experience in management level as Operational Manager. Diploma / Degree in Nursing Administration/Health service Management and computer literacy are required. Driver’s licence is a requirement.
