Job Description Purpose: To facilitate Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) training and development in line with industry standards, while remaining current with best practices in education, training, and SHE legislation.   Responsibilities: Plan and prepare for training sessions, including development of training materials and ensuring all required equipment is functional. Deliver training at an appropriate level, considering learners’ existing knowledge, skills, and potential learning barriers (e.g., language, cultural and socio-economic factors). Facilitate training in accordance with SAQA, SETA, NOSA, and QCTO requirements, as well as internal Quality Management Systems. Conduct assessments and moderation in line with SETA/NOSA codes of conduct. Provide structured, confidential feedback to learners aligned with quality assurance requirements.
