Ensure work management process schedule adherence. Adherence to Predictive maintenance program plan vs. actual per department. Ensures that engineering planning activities are achieved in the most cost effective manner possible. Department operating within budget (Budget / Actual). Trains and coaches fellow employees and learners. Report on progress, corrective action, make information available in format as agreed by the planning department to the business units engineering personnel Monthly maintenance planning aviation reports. Discuss progress, exception reports, follow up actions at agreed forums. Reporting on work management process compliance. Support departments to achieve set SHE targets by coordinating planning within appointed area of responsibility. Work management process schedule adherence. Implements new methodologies and technology, within the planning environment aligned with the Sasol Mining strategy and reports back on effectiveness.
