| Minimum Requirements |
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate
- HR Certificate/ HR National Diploma
- 2-3 year’s experience in Administration preferably in an HR Environment
- Computer Literacy
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass RW K53 test
Added advantage
- National Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or an equivalent NQF 6 Qualification

| Primary Duties |
- Assist and support the HR Manager, HR Consultants and HR officers in their engagements with Randwater management and employees to deliver on initiatives.
- Assist employees on all HRIS administration related queries.
- Assist in providing information on employee benefits including medical aid and retirement benefits.
- Ensure that all data is accurately captured on ESS (for engagement, staff movements and terminations) and staff queries related to the HRIS system timeously
- Assist with capturing of leave on ESS system timelessly and ensure that integrity data is maintained.
- Assist with capturing new employees qualification on Web Answer and ensure that integrity of data is maintained.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly reports for management.
- Provide support with their planning and onboarding of new employees.
- Adherence to the provision of POPIA.
